Welcome! I’m Emily, a therapist who understands the pressures of demanding careers. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for major companies like Pepsi, Levi's, and Sprint, as well as in tech at a startup. I've seen firsthand the burnout, anxiety, and stress that come with chasing success.
After several years in user research, I returned to therapy because I missed the personal connections that help people like you find balance and fulfillment. My approach is simple: I create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to tackle the challenges you’re facing—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or improving your sleep.
